Harry T. Mondoil, Esq. has served as a trusted Attorney, Arbitrator and Mediator for four decades. His practice focuses on corporate and business law, commercial law, contracts and transactions, arbitration and mediation, estate planning and administration, tax law, and real estate. Mr. Mondoil often handles issues and cases that cross two or more of his practice areas, which allows him to use the breadth of his experience to provide full-service solutions for his clients.

He founded the Law Offices of Harry T. Mondoil, P.C., in 1995 to provide personalized service to businesses, businesspeople ― including physicians, dentists, insurance professionals, real estate professionals, accountants, and lawyers ― and individuals requiring sophisticated counseling on trusts, estates and probate, and federal, Pennsylvania and local tax-related issues and planning.

Mr. Mondoil prides himself on building long-term relationships with his clients and has dedicated his career to helping them expand their businesses, while maximizing and protecting their assets, in an economic climate that constantly changes.

Mr. Mondoil additionally has served as a trusted arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association on its Commercial Panel since 1993 and its M&A and Joint Venture Panel since 2016, handling hundreds of arbitrations over a wide range of industries for parties seeking monetary, equitable and statutory remedies. He also handles court-annexed and private arbitrations and is a certified mediator in Philadelphia Commerce Court.

Prior to founding his firm, Mr. Mondoil was the Partner-in-Charge of the Business Department at Mylotte, David & Fitzpatrick from 1989 to 1995. Earlier in his career, he practiced with Boroff, Harris & Heller, P.C., and Epstein, Beller & Shapiro.

From 1977 to 1979, Mr. Mondoil served as a Law Clerk to Judge Eugene Gelfand in the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County.
